And whereas the said properties continue to be be subject to requisition.
And whereas after considering the report made under subsection (5) of section 5 of the said Act,

Now, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (7) of section 5 of the said Act, it is hereby notified that the said requisitioncd properties as described in the schedule hereunder are acquired by Government;
