BEAN SPROUTS

AR

CHOY

Soak some beans in water in a flat dish. Spread the beans out; do not let one cover another.

Cover with a piece of wet cloth, and water every morning. The sprouts will appear in two nights.

They are ready to eat when they are 2 inches long.

Bean sprouts are palatable and very nutritious.
