peerage [I.] as above, in 1641, taking his seat, 15 April 1644. He was, in 1650,
General of the Leiuster forces mised for the King againat the rebels, and was
excepted by Cromwell's act, 12 Aug. 1652, from pardon. He raised a regiment
for the Spanish service, 1652 — 59. In 1666 he received several grants of landa as a
reward for his loyalty. He rebuilt, in 1680, the Chapel of Foure, as a burial place
for the family. He m. Mary, da. of Sir Thomas Nuobht, 1st Bart [I.J, of
Moyrath, by Alison, da. aud b. of Robert Babmbwall, of Robertstown. She, who was
h. 1628, d. 19 May 1672, and waa bur. at Poure. He d. 1684, and was bur. there.

of horse, in the Irish army of James II., and was cousequeutly outlawed, 11 May 1691,
which act, however, waa reversed after the suri-euder of Limerick. It is uot, however,
till the death of his eldest br. iu April 1714 that he cau, iu strict right, be considered
to have mo. to the peerage [I.] He m., iu 1684, when about 16, Margaret, ouly da. of
John (Bbllbw), 1st Babom Bbllbw of Dulbbk [I.], by Msry, da. and coheir of Walter
BBBiOHOHaic. She d, 1700. He d. 8.p.m.s.(e) 80 June 1752 aged about 88.
