From this it appears that Henry de Urtiaoo, summoned 1299, was nrobably (as indeed the dates sumst) the son, not of Henir (d 1242) and Satrina, but of their son, Richard. Further, the name of his wife was Sibilla, and the date of his death, 10 Sep. 1821. Inq. p. m., 6 Oct. 1321. His son and suooeesor was not Henry, as in the text [of vol. ▼, p. 144], but John, who died 1340, leaving only a dau., Sybil, who married John de Middleney (her first cousin), by whom she had a son and heir, John. The writ of 1826 cannot be positiTelv accounted for, being either (as in some other cases) issued in ignorance of the death of the Baron who was sum. in 1299, or, if accnrate, intended for his nephew^ Henry de UrUaoo, who was soUt 26 in 1806.'
