He m. 4 July 1739 Juliana Lucy, 1st da. of Arthur (Anneslet), 1st Earl of Mountnorris [r.], by his first wife, Lucy, da. of George (Lyttklton), 1st Baron Lyttelton ok Franki.ky. She d. 10 Oct, 1833, aged 61. He d. s.p. 20 Sep. 1838, aged 71. Will pr. April 1839. VI. 1838. 6. Henry (Maxwell), Baron Farnham [I.], br. and h. Ho was in Holy orders. He m. 5 Sep. 1798, Anne, 1st da. of Henry Thomas (BDTLBR), 2d EaBL or Caiuuck [I.], bv Sarah, da. and coheir of Edward Taylor. She, who was b. 3 Aug. 1770, d. 29 May 1831. He d. 19 Oct, 1S3S. Will pr. April 1S39. VII. 183S. 7. Henry (Maxwell), Baron Farnham [I.], s. and Ii., I. 9 Aug. 1799 ; at Dublin ; M.P. forco. Cavan, 1S21-3S ; Rbp. PjsKB [LI 1839-68 ; K.P., 12 Nov. 1845. He m. 3 Dec. 1828. Aune Frances Esther, yst. da. of Thomas (Stah.f.ton), Lord Le DeSFKKOER, by Elizabeth, da. of Samuel Eliot. She was b. IS April 1S05. Both Lord and Lady Farnham (the one aged 09 and the other G3) perished together, being burnt (with some 30 ethers) by the setting on fire of petroleum at the railway accident, near Abergele in North Wales, 20 Aug. 186S.
