He m., 22 April 1S69, at St. Paul's, Knightsbridge, Mid.x., Agnes Elizabeth, only da. of William Reginald (Couutknay), 11th Earl of Devon, by Elizabeth, da. of Hugh (Foktescue), 1st Earl Fortescue. She, who was 4. 1 May 1838, became heii to her br. the 12th Earl, on his death 15 Jan. 1891.
