Her younger sou (by the said Philip) Charles Medows, sue. in 17SS (uudcr settle- ment by the Duke) to the Pierrepont estates and took the name of Pierrepont, being cr. in 1796 Viscount Newark, &JJ., and iu 1S06 Earl Manvers.
