[8.], of Westerhall, by Barbara, da. of Alexander (Muhray), 4th Lord Eliijank [S.J She, who was b. 28 July 1723, d. at Fountainbridge, 21 Oct. 1765, in her 43d year, and was bur. at Drimmit. Fun. entry iu Lyon oflice. He d. at Drimmie 2 Aug. 1767. VII. 1767. ~. Peer [S-], 17S7- He 23 July 1777. at St. Geo. Han. so.., Elizabeth, da. of Griffith Hansom, of New Pulace yard, Westminster, Banker, by Elizabeth, da. of Andrew Jele, Architect. He (/. at Perth 11 Oct 1805. Will pr. 1806. His widow survived him but 10 days and U. 21 Oct. 1805, at Balindean. VI I I. 1805. S. Perth [U.K.], with a spec, rem., failing heirs male of his body, to his brother, Arthur. Lord Lieut of Perthshire 1S66-78. He m. 11 Dec. 1837 at Great Caut'ord, Dorset, Frances Anna Georgians, da. of William Francis Spencer (Punsonhy), 1st Baron de Mauley ok Caneokd, by Barbara, da. and h. of Anthony (Ashley- CoOFEk), 6th Eahl ok Shaktesbiuy. He d. s.p.m.s.( c ) 7 Jan. 1878, aged 70, at Rossie Priory, near Inchture, co. Perth, when the Barony of Rossie [U.K.]c> in 1831, became extinct. His widow, who was b. 24 July 1817, living 1*91. Arthur Fitzgerald (Kinnaird). v Loud Kinnaird ok Inchture [S.], also BARON - 1S7S Kinnaird ok Rossie [U.K.], br. and h., b. 8 July 1814; Barony [U.K.] ' cd. at Eton ; Attache to the Embassy at St. Petersburgh, TT 1835-37; Partner m the firm of "Ransom and Co.," J Bankers of London ; M.P. for Perth, in 8 Paris., viz., 1837-39, and 1S52, till 7 Jan. 1S78 when he sue.totliepceragc [S. and U.K.] the Barony [U.K.] (cr. in I860), devolving on him under the spce. rem. iu its creation. He m. 28 June 1843, at Hoinsey, Mary Jane, da. of William Henry Hoare, of Mitcham Glove, co. Surrey, by Louisa Elizabeth, sister of Charles, 1st Eahl ok Gainshorouuh, da. of Sir Gerald Noel Noel, Bart. He d. 26 April 18S7, in his 73d year, at 2 Pall Mall east. Personality sworn at i'255,000. His willow d. 1 Dec, 1888, aged 72, at Plaistow Lodge, Bromley, Kent. ( a ) His elder brother, the Hon.
