Will pr. above ^5000 gross and net, exclusive of settled funds. He d. 26 Nov. 1906, at Castle-Durrow, aged 76. He was sue. by his br., who is outside the scope of this work. Family Estates. — These, in 1883, consisted of about 9,300 acres in co. Kilkenny, 7,700 in King's County, 4,600 in Queen's County, 860 in co. Limerick, and 500 in Dublin.
