He w., Dec. 1747, Ann, widow of Robert Hawkins-Magill, of Gill Hall, co Down, (^/. 1745) da. of John (Bligh), ist Earl of Darnley, by Theodosia, da. and h. of Edward (Hyde), 3rd Earl of Clarendon. He d. 20 May 1781, at Castle Ward, afsd., aged 61. Will pr. 1781. His widow d. at Bath, Somerset, 7, and was "carried away" 20 Feb. 1789. Will pr. 1793, Prerog. Court [I.]. II. 1781. 2.
