Et dicunt quod Willel- mus Bardolf filius ejusdem Johannis est heres propinquior ejusdem Johannis et est etatis xiiij annorum et amplius. " Inq., Notts, Derby, X2, 20 Jan. 1363/4. " Et dicunt quod idem Johannes Bardolf obiit die lune proximo post festum sancti Petri Advincla ultimo preterits [7 Aug.]. Derby, Surrey, Sussex, Bucks, Dorset, 15 to 26 Sep. 137 1, it was found that the h. was aged 21 and more, 22, 22 and more, or 22 and 3 weeks. And co. Gloucester, 24 Sep., that " Johannes [sic] Bardolf chivaler filius predicti Johannis Bardolf est heres ejus propinquior et fuit etatis viginti unius anni [hV] xxj° die Octobris ultimo preterito, " the date of death being given in all 6 inq. as 5 Aug. 37 Edw.
