He d. 5 Feb. 1732/3, leaving five sons, of whom Charles and Henry were succes- sively Viscounts Dillon [I.], the latter being ancestor of the succeeding Viscounts. 1722. William (North), Lord North and Lord Grey of Rolleston, 5 Jan. 1721/22 cr. Earl North [E.] He d. s.p., 1734. 1722. Lucius Henry (Cary), Viscount Falkland [S.], cr. 13 Dec. 1722, Earl of Falkland [E.]. He was the 6th Viscount, having sue. to the Peerage in 1694. Sir Thomas Arthur Lally, titular 2nd Bart, was cr., 16 Jan. 1745/6, Earl of Moenmoyne, Viscount of Ballymole, and Baron of ToLLENDALLY [I.]. John Graeme, who had been er. a Bart, by James III on 6 Sep. 1726, was cr., 20 Jan. 1760, Lord Newton, Viscount Falkirk and Earl of Alford [S.].
