And ſetting aſide all fear of men, he doubted not to give liberty to his own ſubjects, but to others out of the neighbouring places of what degree ſoever to come to his holy exerciſes, which were performed in his own Caſtle Nameſch, by Hronovius. In which thing hee had in Bohemia, the Baron of Slaupna, George Sadorius, and ſome few others his pious imitators: untill themſelves as ſhall afterward be related, were commanded into baniſhment.

2. In the mean time when wicked men are like Euripus, neither can bee quiet, but caſt out mire and dirt, as the Prophet ſpeaks, it came to paſs that shey invented a new kind of rage. By baniſhing the inſtruments of the truth by a peculiar writ: that whoſoever of the Barons Noblemen or Citizens, did keep a Non-Catholick Tutor for their Children, ſhould preſently diſmiſs him: otherwiſe he ſhould be taken and puniſhed.

4. And that all might underſtand that this was done ſeriouſly, and that ſar could endure none but Roman Catholicks, a decree was publiſhed in the year 1625. 22. of June, whereby Non-Catholicks were for ever prohibited, the uſe of the laws of the Kingdome.

5. The good Proteſtants underſtanding that the laws were not ſerviceable to them, and that nothing

was
