THe King's moft Excellent Majefty , having, out of His grace and goodnefs to His Subjects, granted an full and free Ait of Indemnity, Pardon and Oblivion , for all crimes and offences committed by them , relating to the late troubles , and more fully expreft in the tenth Aft of the fecond Seffion of this Parliament. And confidering , that befides thefe , there be divers arbitrary and pecunial pains adjected to penal Statutes , which being ftrictly exacted , would prove an heavy burden to the Subjects who may be lyable thereto. And HisM ajefty being defirous,now at the clofe of this His firftParliament,that allHis good Subjects may find the effects of His mercy , as to exceed all former prefidents, fo to be beyond their own expectation; Hath therefore thought fit , with the advice and confent of His Eftates of Parliament , by thefe prefents , to dif- charge, Pardon and remit all contra veeners of any penal Statutes , for all deeds heretofore done by them , contrary to the tenour thereof; Excepting the Statutes concerning the unlawful taking of Ufury , tranfport- ing of Silver and Gold, flaying of red and black Fifh , and all Acts and Statutes paft in this prefent Parlia- ment , which are no wayes difcharged by this prefent Act. XXX. ACT Salvo Jure cujuflibet.
