IIS aforesaid, deliver blocks of less weight than two hundred and three quarters, every such agent, or agents, book keeper, or book keepers shall for every such offence respec- tively forfeit the sum of five pounds, to be recovered by plaint or inFormation in the stannary-court by the party aggrieved, pro- vided always, that it shall be lawful for the owners, agents^, or managers of any smelting- house or blowing-house to deliver out blocks of tin of a less weight each than of two hun- dred and three quarters to any person or persons desiring the same, any thing herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding. And such owners, agents, and managers are hereby required to deliver out such blocks accordingly, in case six days' notice is given to them, or left at such smelting or blowing- house for that purpose. 18.
