Happy the youth which, like a lotus, can grow, unsullied and uncontaminated, in the muddy water of worldly life and which, the moment it is full blown is dedicated to the service of the Motherland. For such sacred worship, only the freshest, the most fragrant and unsmelt flowers are necessary. Mr. Tilak passed his LL. B. in December 1879.
