WHEREAS the Commissioners acting In the prosecution of a Fiat in Bankruptcy awarded and issued forth agaiust George Lillie and John Patterson, of Liverpool, in the County Pulaline of Lancaster, Merchants, Dealers and Chapmen, and Copartners, have certified to the Right Honourable the Lords Commissioners for the custody of the Great Seal of Great Britain and Ireland, and to the Court of Review in Bankruptcy, that the said George Lillie hath in all things conformed himself according to the directions of the Acts of Parliament made and now in force concerning Bankrupts; this is to give notice, that, by virtue of an Act., passed in the sixth year of the reign of His late Majesty King George the Fourth, intituled "An Act to amend the law relating to Bankrupts;" and also of an Act, passed in the first and second years of the reign of His present Majesty intituled "An Act to establish a Court in Bankruptcy," the Certificate of the said George Lillie will be allowed and confirmed by the Court of Review, established by the said last-mentioned Act unless cause be shewn to the said Court to the contrary on or before the 2d day of February 1836.

WHEREAS the Commissioners acting in the prosecution of a Fiat in Bankruptcy awarded and issued against Stephen Thomas Probett, of Derby, in the County of Derby, Wholesale Stationer, Printer, Publisher, Denier and Chapman, have certified to the Lords Commissioners for the custody of the Great 'v-al of Great Britain and Ireland, and to the Court of Review in Bankruptcy, that.the said Stephen Thomas Probett hath in all things conformed himself according to the directions of the Acts of Parliament made and now in force concerning Bankrupts; this is to give notice, that, by virtue of an Act, passed in the sixth year of the reign of His late Majesty King George the Fourth, intituled "An Act to amend the laws relating to Bankrupts;" and also of an Act, passed in the first and second years of the reign of His present Majesty, intituled "An Act to establish a Court in Bankruptcy," the Certificate of the said Stephen Thomas Probett will he allowed and confirmed by the Court of Review, established by the said last-mentioned Act, unless cause be shewn to the said Court to the contrary on or before the 2d day of February 1836.

WHEREAS the Commissioner acting in the prosecution of a Fiat in Bankruptcy awarded and issued against William Holers, of Bushey-Hall, Watford, in the County of Herts, Cattle-Salesman, Dealer and Chapman, hath certified to the Right Honourable the Lords Commissioners for the cuatody of the Great Seal of Great Britain and Ireland, and to the Court of Review in bankruptcy, that the said William. Rogers hath in all things conformed himself according to the directions of the Acts of Parliament made and now in force concerning Bankrupts; this is to give notice, that, by virtue of an Act, passed in the sixth year of the reign of His late Majesty- King George the Fourth, intituled "An Act to amend the laws relating to Bankrupts';" and also of an Act, passed in the first and second year of the reign of His present Majesty, intituled "An Act to establish a Court in Bankruptcy," the Certificate of the said William Rogers will be allowed and confirmed by the Court of Review, established by the said last- mentioned Act, unless cause be shewn to the said Court to the contrary uu or before the 2d day of February 1836.


OUTSTANDING DEBTS FOR SALE.

THERE will be exposed to sale, by public roup, within the Sale-Rooms of Barclay and Skirving, Auctioneers, Trongate, Glasgow, on Wednesday the 23d day of March 1836, at Oue o'clock in the Afternoon.;

The whole outstanding debts owing to the sequestrated estate of William Newlands and Son, Merchants, in Glasgow, and Robert Newlands, sole Partner of that concern.

A list of the debts, and articles of sale, maybe seen by applying to James Kerr, Accountant, in Glasgow, the Trustee.

Notice to the Creditors of the late Proprietors of Constables Miscellany, carrying on business in Edinburgh, under the firm of Constable and Company.

THE whole of the trust-estate being now realised, a second and final dividend will be paid by the Trustees to the Creditors, or Mandatories duly authorised by them, on Thursday the 11th day of February next, on their applying at the Office of Mr. Cowan, in No. 17, Princes-Street, Edinburgh, and signing the discharge and exoneration in favour of the Trustees. States of the affairs, with the scheme of division, lie in Mr. Cowan's Office for exhibition to the Creditors.
