It is said that when in command of a boat manned by 5 hands, he succeeded in capturing a French schooner with a [detachment of 30 or 40 soldiers on board besides the crew and other passengers. A'COURT-REPINGTON, Charles Henry Wyndham, esq., ot Amington Hall, co. Warwick, lord of the manor, ]I.A., St. John's Coll., Camb., 1848, became Mr. A" Court- Repington when his father assumed that surname by R.L. 24 Oct. 1855 as aforesaid (only son of Lt.-Gen. A'Court, Repington, C.B., see above) ; b. 14 Oct. 1819, m. 5 Aug. 1854 Emily eldest dau. of Henry Currie, esq., of West Horsley Place, Surrey, and has with other issue a dau.
