Ἄλλά τις οὐκ ἔμμι παλιγκότων
ὄργαν, ἀλλ᾽ ἀβάκην τὰν φρέν᾽ ἔχω.
I am not of a malign nature but have a calm temper.
Quoted in the “Etymologicum Magnum” to show the meaning of ἀβάκης, “innocent,” “unsophisticated.”
