The Volksraad having revised and discussed the Grondwet in its entirety, unanimously approves of the same, with reservation of the provision contained in Article 10 of the Resolution of the Krijgsraad of the 2nd February, 1858 (see Article 19 of the Resolutions of the Volksraad from 16th to 19th February, 1859).
