Though so far removed from the most active centres of library work and life, we in Aberdeen have yet felt the impulse which in recent years has stirred them, and we have profited by their experience. And now, when we have been fortunate enough to bring their prime movers bodily into our midst, we are surely indulging in no vain hope that, as a result of their visit, we shall feel a yet greater stimulus and inspiration for the future.
