little or no potency, but when a planet by pro- gression comes into aspect with a radical planet it op- erates for good ar ill. according to its natuve and the power of the radical planct in the horoscope.
In the following paragraphs we have set down these tendencies, and it matters not whether Venus progresses to a good aspect with radical Saturn, or Saturn progresses to a good aspect with radical Ve- nus, the cffects are as noted in the first paragraph, and similarly with the other aspects following.
