This will cause a disappointment, but the ten of hearts following the nine, or by its side, indicates that the disappointment will be slight. The trouble with some money matter, shown by the seven of diamonds, is only partially neutralized by the ten, because the suit is different
THE GENERAL RULE.
Emblems of the same suit, that indicate opposite, or nearly opposite, qualities, strongly neutralize each other. Tf the suits are different they only partly neutralize each other.
PLANETAEY NEUTRALIZATIONS.
When a good card comes under a bad planet, or a bad card comes under a good planet, the indications are neutralized to a certain extent, dependant upon the surroundings. As an illustration take the following:
