We no longer look upon anything with that superstitious reverence that belongs to the childhood of races, when men saw a God or demon in everything that was the least bit out of the common.

It will be impossible, in this work, to give a full and comprehensive treatise upon the subject, that will enable the student to find individual tarots for any and all birth dates, because the key birth tarots alone, from which the test book tarot sare constructed, number six thousand eight hundred and sixteen.

The key tarots from which these 6,816 are constructed, number six hundred and forty-four, and they are only to be found in two books upon this planet. Therefore we only intend to give, in this work, elementary instruction upon a subject that is practically infinite in extent.

The simplest form of tarot known is the 3x3 number tarot.
