The illustration, on this page, shows the emblems in the twelve signs of the Zodiac. Twelve times thirty equals 360, the degrees in the circle.

So the Test Book not only represents the days in a year but the degrees of the celestial circle. The two outside cards

in each house add nine, the golden number, while the two inside ones add 21, that is, three sevens.

THE WORD OF ORIENTAL MYSTICISM.

"In the beginning was the word." That is, the long-lost word has its foundations in the very beginning of life, in the fundamental principles of nature.
