If this card is in the past, it shows that the indications around it for a distance of 2 cards, point to something recent. If in the future part of the spread, it shows something to come soon. But the indications so shown near the birth card apply personally, while the general indications point to the usual events and to other person's lives connected with C's, just the same as if C's birth card was not in that quarter. So emblems frequently indicate doubly, showing events long past and those near at hand simultaneously, as well as those far in the future, co-ordinating with the present.
