pay payable to this employee is limited to the rate for level IV of the Executive Schedule, which is $125,700.
- Pursuant to section 7404{d)(2) of title 38, United States Code, the rate of basic
pay payable to these employees is limited to the rate for level V of the Executive Schedule, which is $117,600.
- Pursuant to section 301(a) of Public Law 102-40, these positions are paid
