EXCHANGE OF NOTES BETWEEN HIS MAJESTY'S GOVERNMENTS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA AND IN NEW ZEALAND AND THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA AND THE SWISS FEDERAL COUNCIL CONSTITUTING AN AGREEMENT REGARDING DOCUMENTS OF IDENTITY FOR AIRCRAFT PERSONNEL. TERMINATION in respect of the United Kingdom and New Zealand and Switzerland:
The Agreement to this effect between the Parties concerned was concluded by an exchange of notes dated at Berne on 23 December 1954 and 9 May 1955. It came into force on 23 June 1955 in accordance with the provisions of the said notes.
Certified statement was registered at the request of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on 18 November 1955.'
