Miscellaneous Orders No. A–150. Turner v. Runser et al. Super. Ct. Cal., Santa Clara County. Application for stay, addressed to Justice White and referred to the Court, denied. No. D–1040. In re Disbarment of Gaynes. It is ordered that Alex A. Gaynes, of Tuscon, Ariz., be suspended from the practice of law in this Court and that a rule issue, returnable within 40 days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court. No. D–1041. In re Disbarment of Scharf. It is ordered that Justin Norbert Scharf, of Hagerstown, Md., be suspended from the practice of law in this Court and that a rule issue, returnable within 40 days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court. No. D–1042. In re Disbarment of McLellan. It is ordered that Donald H. McLellan, Jr., of Columbia, S. C., be suspended from the practice of law in this Court and that a rule issue, returnable within 40 days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.
