No. D–1062. In re Disbarment of Tavolacci. It is ordered that Peter P. Tavolacci, of Carmel, N. Y., be suspended from the practice of law in this Court and that a rule issue, returnable within 40 days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court. No. D–1063. In re Disbarment of Weiss. It is ordered that Paul A. Weiss, of Garden City, N. Y., be suspended from the practice of law in this Court and that a rule issue, returnable within 40 days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.
