Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Henry H. Marsh be, and he is hereby, authorized to relinquish to the United States the east Hem'? Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represmmtives of the United Stades of America in Congress assembled, That the accounting officers of the treasury be, and they are hereby, required to adjust the accounts Adjusmeut of of the late purscr Timothy Winn, so as to allow his legal representative acccppts of the the sum of six hundred dollars per annum, for clerk hire during his 1`}t:uf_‘m°thY service as purser at the Washington navy-yard, deducting therefrom whatever payments on account of clerk hire have already been made, either by allowance of the department or by judgment of the court of this district. Bayard, of Bollefont, in the State of Pennsylvania, A v$°“';‘:;;:d be increased to twenty dollars per month, and that the said pension be gnbmged, paid him from the ih-st day of January, in the year eighteen hundred and fifLy—two, deducting the amount of the pension he has already received since that date; and that hereafter his pension shall be twenty dollars per month, during his life, instead of eight dollars per month, which he now receives.
