(2) of the part of the balance that the Secretary decides is attributed to income from mineral interests— (A) 50 percent shall be used as jointly requested by the governing bodies of the Pawnee, Ponca, Otoe-Missouria, Kaw, and Tonkawa Tribes of Oklahoma; and tab (B) 50 percent shall be used as requested by the governing body of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma. Approved May 1, 1986.
