Rivers and harbors.

To deauthorize the project for improvements at Racine Harbor, Wisconsin. i' J f

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That (a) the project for improvements at Racine Harbor, Wisconsin, authorized by section 2 of the Act entitled "An Act authorizing the construction, repair, and preservation of certain public works on rivers and harbors, and for other purposes", approved March 2, 1907 (34 Stat. 1075, 1100), is not authorized after the date of the enactment of this Act. (b) The Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, shall transfer without consideration to Racine County, Wisconsin, title to any facilities constructed by the United States as part of the project described in subsection (a). Approved May 21, 1986.
