Columbia of the Washington field office, $10,000,000 are rescinded. The limitation in Public Law 99-180 on the receipts credited to 99 Stat. 1136. this appropriation from fees collected to process fingerprint identification records for noncriminal employment and licensing purposes is increased by $1,000,000.
