Public Law 99-362 99th Congress An Act To make technical corrections to the National Foundation on the Arts and the Humanities Act of 1965.

July 9, 1986 [H.R. 5036]

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 11(a)(2) of the National Foundation on the Arts and the Humanities Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 960(a)(2)) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A)(ii) by striking out "paragraph (5)" and inserting in lieu thereof "paragraph (8)", and (2) in subparagraph (B)(ii) by striking out "paragraph (7)" and inserting "paragraph (9)". ALLOCATION LIMITATIONS FOR EDUCATION OF THE HANDICAPPED ACT

SEC. 2. Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i) of the Education of the Handicapped Children and Act is amended by inserting after "children" the first time it youth. appears the following: "aged five to seventeen, inclusive,". ^^ ^^ ^^^^ Approved July 9, 1986.
