Appropriation authorization.
PUBLIC LAW 99-608—NOV. 6, 1986
(b) No financial assistance may be made under this section except upon an application at such time, in such manner, and containing or accompanied by such information, as the Secretary may reasonably require. (c) There are authorized to be appropriated such sums, not to exceed $6,000,000, as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this section. Funds appropriated pursuant to this section shall remain available until expended. Approved November 6, 1986.
