(b) Any patent issued pursuant to subsection (a) shall be without any mineral reservation to the United States, and all mineral interests of the United States in and to the land described in subsection (c) shall be transferred to Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Wells without consideration. (c) The land referred to in this section, comprising approximately 160 acres, is the NWy4 of Section 21, T. 10 N., R. 8 W., St. Stephens Meridian. Approved November 7, 1986.
