M An Act

To designate the Federal Building and United States Courthouse at 316 North Robert Street, St. Paul, Minnesota, as the "Warren E. Burger Federal Building and United States Courthouse".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION OF BUILDING.

The Federal Building and United States Courthouse located at 316 North Robert Street, St. Paul, Minnesota, shall be known and designated as the "Warren E. Burger Federal Building and United States Courthouse". SEC. 2. LEGAL REFERENCES.

Each reference in a law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to such building shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Warren E. Burger Federal Building and United States Courthouse". Approved July 17, 1987.
