(a) CONSTRUCTION AND ACQUISITION.—The Secretary of the
Air
Force may construct or acquire family housing units (including land acquisition), using amounts appropriated pursuant to section 2135(a)(6)(A), at the following installations in the number of units shown, and in the amount shown, for each installation: Holbrook, Arizona, thirty-four units, $2,530,000. Clark Air Base, Philippines, three hundred units, $23,260,000. RAF Bentwaters, United Kingdom, Family Housing Management Office, $330,000. (b) PLANNING AND DESIGN.—The Secretary of the Air Force may carry out architectural and engineering services and construction design activities, using amounts appropriated pursuant to section 2135(a)(6)(A), with respect to the construction or improvement of military family housing units in an amount not to exceed $7,000,000. SEC. 2133. IMPROVEMENTS TO MILITARY FAMILY HOUSING UNITS
(a) IN GENERAL.—Subject to section 2825 of title 10, United States Code, the Secretary of the Air Force may improve, using amounts appropriated pursuant to section 2135(a)(6)(A), existing military family housing units in an amount not to exceed $132,800,000 ($110,000,000). (b) WAIVER OF MAXIMUM PER UNIT COST FOR CERTAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.—Notwithstanding the maximum amount per unit
for an improvement project under section 2825(b) of title 10, United States Code, the Secretary of the Air Force may carry out projects to improve existing military family housing units at the following
