The Federal building known as the "Great Lakes Program Service Center" and located at 600 West Madison, Chicago, Illinois, shall be known and designated as the "Harold Washington Social Security Center". .^, - ... ^,,^^,.^;,.^^;^.^:A SEC. 2. LEGAL REFERENCES.

Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to the Federal building referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Harold Washington Social Security Center". Approved December 23, 1987.
