ADJOURNMENT—SENATE AND HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring), That when the Senate adjourns on Tuesday, January 6, 1987, Wednesday, January 7, 1987, Thursday, January 8, 1987 or Friday, January 9, 1987, pursuant to a motion made by the Majority Leader, or his designee, in accordance with this resolution, it stand adjourned until 12 o'clock meridian on Monday, January 12, 1987, and that when the House of Representatives adjourns on Thursday, January 8, 1987, pursuant to a motion made by the Majority Leader, or his designee, in accordance with this resolution, it stand adjourned until 12 o'clock meridian on Tuesday, January 20, 1987, or until 12 o'clock meridian on the second day after Members are notified to reassemble pursuant to section 2 of this concurrent resolution, whichever occurs first. SEC. 2. The Speaker of the House, after consultation with the Minority Leader of the House, shall notify the Members of the House to reassemble whenever, in his opinion, the public interest shall warrant it. Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That the two Houses of Congress shall assemble in the Hall of the House of Representatives on Tuesday, January 27, 1987, at 9 o'clock post meridiem, for the purpose of receiving such communication as the President of the United States shall be pleased to make to them. Agreed to January 12, 1987.
ENROLLMENT CORRECTION—H.R. 1

Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That, in the enrollment of the bill (H.R. 1) to amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to provide for the renewal of the quality of the Nation's waters, and for other purposes, the Clerk of the House of Representatives shall make the following correction in section 306: Strike out subsection (c) and insert in lieu thereof the following new subsection: "(c) PHOSPHATE FERTIUZER EFFLUENT LIMITATION.— "(1) ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.—AS soon as possible after

the date of note, the enactment of this Act, but not later than 180 days after such date of enactment, the Administrator shall issue permits under section 402(a)(l)(B) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act with respect to facilities— "(A) which were under construction on or before April 8, 1974, and
