Public Law 100-381 100th Congress An Act To provide that certain lands shall be in trust for the Pechanga Band of Luiseno Mission Indians of the Pechanga Reservation, California.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. CERTAIN LANDS HELD IN TRUST FOR PECHANGA BAND.

All right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the land acquired by the deed dated March 11, 1907, pursuant to the Act of June 21, 1906 (34 Stat. 333), is hereby declared to be held in trust by the United States for the use and benefit of the Pechanga Band of Luiseno Mission Indians of California. Such land is hereby declared to be part of the Pechanga Indian Reservation. SEC. 2. PUBLICATION OF LAND DESCRIPTION.

The Secretary of the Interior shall publish in the Federal Register the description of the land referred to in section 1. Approved August 8, 1988.
