SEC. 2203. IMPROVEMENTS TO MILITARY FAMILY HOUSING UNITS

(a) IN GENERAL.—Subject to section 2825 of title 10, United States Code, the Secretary of the Navy may, using amounte appropriated pursuant to section 2205(a)(6)(A), improve existing military family housing imits in an amount not to exceed $61,589,000. (b) WAIVER OF MAXIMUM PER U N I T COST FOR CERTAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.—Notwithstanding the maximum amount per unit

for an improvement project under section 28250t)) of title 10, United States Code, the Secretary of the Navy may carry out projects to improve existing military family housing units at the following installations in the number of units shown, and in the amount shown, for each installation: Navy Public Works Center, San D i ^ o, California, six units, $284,400. Navy Public Works Center, Pensacola, Florida, one unit, $34,900. Navy Public Works Center, Great Lakes, Illinois, three hundred and fifty-six units, $17,214,000. Navy Public Works Center, Great Lakes, Illinois, one hundred and two units, $6,181,200. Naval Security Group Activity, Winter Harbor, Maine, thirty units, $2,920,600. Naval Security Group Activity, Winter Harbor, Maine, twenty units, $920,000. Naval Air Station, Fallon, Nevada, one hundred and six units, $8,129,300.
