(2) by adding at the end the following: "(2) The Commandant shall make full use of all available and qualified resources, including the Coast Guard Auxiliary and individuals licensed by the Secretary pursuant to section 8904(b) of title 46, United States Code, is rendering aid under this subsection in nonemergency cases.". (b) CONFORMING AMENDMENT.—Section 113 of the Coast Guard Authorization Act of 1982 (14 U.S.C. 88 note) is amended by inserting "(other than by the Coast Guard Auxiliary)" after "interference". Approved September 28, 1988.
