SEC. 2306. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.
There are authorized to be appropriated to the Fund and to the Secretary a total of not to exceed $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, and 1993 to carry out this title, to remain available until expended. Approved October 7, 1988.
