SEC. 7. MAPS AND LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS. As soon as practicable after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary sludl file maps and legal descriptions of the lands identi- fied in sections 3, 4, and 5 with the Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs of the United States House of Representatives and the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the United States Senate. Such legal descriptions shall have the same force and effect as if included in this Act, except that the Secretary may correct clerical and t3rpographical errors in such legal descriptions.
