PUBLIC LAW 101-199—DEC. 6, 1989 103 STAT. 1793 Public Law 101-199 101st Congress An Act To designate the building located at 2562 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, New York, Dec. 6, 1989 as the "Walter Edward Grady United States Post Office Building", [H.R. 481] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the building located at 2562 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, New York, known as the New Dorp Station, is designated as the "Walter Edward Grady United States Post Office Building". Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to that building shall be deemed to be a reference to the Walter Edward Grady United States Post Office Building.
