AMERI FLORA '92 EXPOSITION To enable the Secretary to meet any extra expenses of participating in the planning, organizing and carrying out of the Ameri Flora '92 Exposition, the first international horticulture and environment exposition to be held in the United States, $500,000 as authorized by section 1472 of the Food and Agriculture Act of 1977, as amended (7 U.S.C. 3318), to remain available until expended. PUBLIC LAW 480 (INCLUDING TRANSFERS OF FUNDS) For expenses during the current fiscal year, not otherwise recoverable, and unrecovered prior years' costs, including interest thereon, under the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954, as amended (7 U.S.C. 1691, 1701-1715, 1721-1726, 1727- 1727f, 1731-1736g), as follows: (1) financing the sale of agricultural commodities for convertible foreign currencies and for dollars on credit terms pursuant to titles I and III of said Act, or for convertible foreign currency for use under 7 U.S.C. 1708, and for furnishing commodities to carry out the Food for Progress Act of 1985, not more than $880,000,000, of which $314,853,000 is hereby appropriated and the balance derived from proceeds from sales of foreign currencies and dollar loan repayments, repayments on long-term credit sales, carryover balances and commodities made available from the inventories of the Commodity Credit Corporation by the Secretary of Agriculture pursuant to sections 102 and 4030t>) of said Act, and (2) commodities supplied in connection with dispositions abroad, pursuant to title II of said Act, not more than $696,000,000, of which $696,000,000, is hereby appropriated: Provided, That not to exceed 10 per centum of the funds made available to carry out any title of this paragraph may be used to carry out any other title of this paragraph. OFFICE OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT (INCLUDING TRANSFERS OF FUNDS) For necessary expenses of the Office of International Cooperation and Development to coordinate, plan, and direct activities involving international development, technical assistance and training, and international scientific and technical cooperation in the Department of Agriculture, including those authorized by the Food and Agriculture Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3291), $6,879,000: Provided, That not to exceed $3,000 of this amount shall be available for official reception and representation expenses as authorized by 7 U.S.C. 1766: Provided further. That in addition, funds available to the Department of Agriculture shall be available to assist an international organization
