104 STAT. 2352 PUBLIC LAW 101-534—NOV. 7, 1990 Public Law 101-534 101st Congress An Act Nov. 7, 1990 rpp amend title 5 of the United States Code to increase the allowance for services of [H.R. 3911] attendants. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Attendant United States of America in Congress assembled. Allowance Adjustment Act. SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 5 USC 8101 note. This Act may be cited as the "Attendant Allowance Adjustment Act". SEC. 2. INCREASE IN AMOUNT. Subsection (a) of section 8111 of title 5, United States Code is amended by striking out "$500" and inserting in lieu thereof "$1,500 ". 5 USC 8111 note. SEC. 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. The amendment made by section 2 shall take effect October 1, 1990. Approved November 7, 1990.
