That the following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the Departments of Commerce, Justice, and State, the Judiciary, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1991, and for other purposes, namely: TITLE I—DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE GENERAL ADMINISTRATION SALARIES AND EXPENSES For expenses necessary for the general administration of the Department of Commerce provided for by law, including not to exceed $2,000 for official entertainment, $29,595,000. OFFICE OF THE INSPECTOR GENERAL For necessary expenses of the Office of Inspector General in carrying out the provisions of the Inspector General Act of 1978, as amended (5 U.S.C. App. 1-11 as amended by Public Law 100-504), $14,400,000. BUREAU OF THE CENSUS SALARIES AND EXPENSES For expenses necessary for collecting, compiling, analyzing, preparing, and publishing statistics, provided for by law, $110,250,000. PERIODIC CENSUSES AND PROGRAMS For expenses necessary to collect and publish statistics for periodic censuses and programs provided for by law, $272,700,000, to remain available until expended. ECONOMIC AND STATISTICAL ANALYSIS SALARIES AND EXPENSES For necessary expenses, as authorized by law, of economic and statistical analysis programs of the Department of Commerce, $36,200,000.
